Foreman Ag LLC, Foreman Ag LLC, 2328 Balsam Ave, Meservey, IA 50457, runs the Field Report. This says what we keep, why, and for how long.
What we keep
- Your email address, the crop you picked, the field outline you confirmed, and the report built from it. We delete these 2 years after you last used the Field Report, or sooner if you ask. If you book a call or write to us, we keep your email to stay in touch.
- How you found the site (the headline you saw, and the link's source tags if it had them).
- Which steps of the tool were used and that a page was visited, deleted after 90 days.
- A scrambled version of your internet address (IP), used only to stop abuse. The scramble key changes daily and we clear it after 2 days. We don't store your browser type.
- If you build a planting map: the version of the Terms of Use you agreed to and when, kept with the report.
- If you send a problem report: what the page showed, errors, screen size and timing, deleted after 90 days. Your note, and your outline only if you tick the box for it.
What we don't keep
- Yield or soil files you upload are read in memory and dropped. They are never saved.
- The tile, blocks and rates you set are used to build your file and not kept on our side. Your browser remembers them on your device until you clear it.
- We don't sell your information, and we don't give your email to anyone to market to you.
Cookies
One cookie remembers which headline you saw (1 year). Another notes that a report link was opened, so we count it once. If you opened a personal invitation link, a cookie remembers it (1 year) so the extra tools stay open in your browser. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Services that handle your information for us
- Render (hosts the site and database, in the United States)
- Resend (sends the report email)
- Cloudflare Turnstile (checks you're not a bot; it sees your device and connection)
- Map tiles load from USGS and Amazon Web Services, and a script from cdnjs (Cloudflare). Like any website, they see your internet address when your browser asks for them.
- Anthropic, only if you use the "Say it" box, and only what you type there.
- Google Calendar, only if you click the booking link; Google's own privacy policy applies there.
Email
You get one email with your report. It includes a note about Foreman Ag's paid work. If you reply and say you don't want to hear from us, you won't. If we ever send anything else, we'll ask first.
Your choices
Reply to your report email, or write to Foreman Ag LLC, 2328 Balsam Ave, Meservey, IA 50457 to see or delete what we have on you. We'll answer within 30 days. Browsers' "Do Not Track" signal isn't acted on, because we don't track you across other sites.
Kids
The Field Report is for farmers and isn't meant for children under 13.
Changes
If this changes, we'll post the new version here with a new date.
