The Field Report is run by Foreman Ag LLC, an Iowa limited liability company, Foreman Ag LLC, 2328 Balsam Ave, Meservey, IA 50457 ("Foreman Ag", "we"). By using the Field Report or downloading a planting file, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.
The report, the PDF and the planting file are free. They are estimates built from public data and from what you enter. They are not agronomic, legal or financial advice, and using them does not make us your agronomist, consultant or adviser. A paid consulting job is only under a separate written agreement.
You are responsible for checking the field boundary, the crop, every rate, the rate column and units, and that your monitor reads the file correctly, before you use it in the field. You decide what to plant and how. The planting file is meant for adults running a farm.
It does not know your tile, your yield history unless you upload it, your hybrids, your planter, your fertility, or this year's weather. Public data can be out of date or wrong. Satellite photos can miss things or be affected by clouds.
To the fullest extent the law allows, the Field Report and everything it produces are provided "as is" and "as available", with all faults and with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or that it will work on your equipment.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Foreman Ag LLC and its members and owners are not liable for any lost crops, lost yield, lost profits, seed or input costs, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that come from using the Field Report or a planting file, even if caused by our negligence and even if we were told they were possible. If we are found liable anyway, our total liability for all claims is limited to one hundred dollars ($100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for fraud, or for willful or reckless conduct.
How we handle your information is in our Privacy Notice. Only upload files you have the right to use.
Don't try to break, overload, or scrape the site, or use it to build a competing product.
We may change the tool or these terms. The version and date at the top will change, and the terms in effect when you download a file apply to that file.
Iowa law governs these terms, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute goes to the state courts in Cerro Gordo County, Iowa, or the federal court for the Northern District of Iowa, and you and we agree to those courts. Either side can still use small claims court.
If a court finds part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
